1. Introduction

Podcaster Pros LLC. (“Podcaster Pros”), the operator of podcasterpros.com, respects the privacy of individuals who visit our site. This Privacy Policy outlines the information that we collect through podcasterpros.com and how we use that information so that you can decide whether and how you wish to provide information to us. In adopting this Privacy Policy, our intent is to balance our legitimate business interests in collecting and using information obtained through podcasterpros.com with your reasonable expectations of privacy.

You will not be required to submit any information when visiting our Site. When creating an account, we may collect your name, email, address and country of origin. When purchasing Podcaster Pros from our site you will be required to submit information to our third-party payment processor – PayPal. We will not collect any of your payment information, this information will solely be collected and stored by our third-party processor.

Whenever you visit our Site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, interactions with the Site and Service, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, usage, data transferred and Internet Service Provider. Podcaster Pros may share your information with our affiliated companies, including PayPal. Sale of Business. In the event that Podcaster Pros, the bulk of its assets or one or more of its web sites is acquired by another company, Podcaster Pros may sell, transfer or otherwise disclose user information in connection with such transaction.

8. Law Enforcement

Podcaster Pros may disclose user information in connection with law enforcement or governmental investigations or inquiries, to enforce compliance with the policies governing podcasterpros.com and applicable laws, and to protect and enforce the intellectual property and other legal rights of Podcaster Pros and third parties. 9. Commercial and Non-Commercial Communications

By providing information to the Site that forms the basis of communication with you, such as contact information, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited email from us, since you have agreed to such communication by providing your information to us. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying Podcaster Pros that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information and we will endeavor to remove you from our database where you have the right to request this under our Agreement, Privacy Policy, or applicable law, or where we voluntarily decide to grant the request.

10. Third Parties

Podcaster Pros may post links to third-party websites on our Site or Service, which may include information that we have no control over. When accessing a third party site through our Site or Service, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third-party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third-party websites.

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, do not create rights enforceable by third parties. Podcaster Pros bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. 11. Security Measures

Podcaster Pros takes reasonable measures to protect the security of the information transmitted between browsers and our web server, including using firewalls, SSL encryption technology and other security technologies where deemed appropriate by Podcaster Pros. To protect your privacy, however, please do not use e-mail or podcasterpros.com to communicate information you wish to be kept strictly confidential. You acknowledge that any transmission of data may be illegally intercepted and used by third parties. Podcaster Pros shall not be responsible for any interception of data transmitted to or from our web server.

12. Age Compliance
