As Marketing and Promotions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our podcasts and grow our audience. You will work closely with our team of podcasters, content creators, and audio engineers to ensure that each episode is effectively promoted and reaches its full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our podcasts and grow our audience
• Work closely with our team of podcasters, content creators, and audio engineers to ensure that each episode is effectively promoted
• Manage and maintain our brand image across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with other team members to create marketing materials, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new and innovative marketing techniques
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing and Promotions Manager or in a similar marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for podcasting and a creative approach to marketing and promotions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
