As Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for our podcasts, from pre-production to post-production. You will work closely with our team of podcasters, content creators, and audio engineers to ensure that each episode meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of all podcast episodes, from pre-production to post-production
• Work closely with our team of podcasters, content creators, and audio engineers to ensure that each episode meets our high standards of quality and creativity
• Manage and prioritize the production schedule to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to promote our podcasts and grow our audience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new and innovative production techniques
• Provide creative direction and feedback to our team of podcasters, content creators, and audio engineers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer or in a similar production role
• Strong understanding of audio production techniques and equipment
• Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for podcasting and a creative approach to audio storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
