Content Manager at Podcaster Pros

Podcaster Pros is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Manager to join our growing team. As a crucial member of the team, the Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, production and distribution of all podcast content for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategy that aligns with overall company goals and target audience
• Manage the production process from ideation to distribution, ensuring all content is of the highest quality and on-brand
• Work closely with the hosts, producers, and audio engineers to ensure the smooth running of recording sessions and post-production work
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and audience preferences, and adjust content strategy as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to ensure content is effectively promoted and reaches the target audience
• Analyze and measure the success of all content, using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve content strategy
• Manage a team of writers, researchers, and editors to ensure all content is produced on schedule

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content management, specifically in the podcasting industry
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• In-depth understanding of the podcasting industry, including trends, audience demographics, and technology
• Familiarity with audio production and editing software, such as Pro Tools, GarageBand and Audacity
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
